Terms of Service

Summary: LurnR offers coaching, training and AI-powered products. By using our services you agree to these terms. All payments are processed via Stripe. Our products can be tried free of charge before purchase, and consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal that lapses once the service is used. French law applies.

1. Parties

These Terms govern your use of all LurnR services, including but not limited to: lurnr.eu, MARA™ (maracortex.com), MeetFlow™ (meetflowrooms.com), Malika™ (malikaflow.com), and ValeriaOS™ (valeriaos.com).

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using any LurnR service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services

LurnR provides professional development services including:

Coaching & Training: Personal coaching, leadership training, communication training
E-Learning: Online courses and learning materials
MARA™: AI-powered career coaching platform (maracortex.com)
MeetFlow™: P2P video calling platform (meetflowrooms.com)
Malika™: AI meeting intelligence platform (malikaflow.com)
ValeriaOS™: AI chatbot platform (valeriaos.com)

LurnR reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Accounts

Some services require account registration. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the security of your password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all LurnR product accounts as part of our GDPR-compliant security policy.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

One-time purchases (MARA™, e-learning courses)

One-time payments grant permanent access to the specified product or feature set as described at the time of purchase. No recurring charges apply.

Subscriptions (MeetFlow™, Malika™, ValeriaOS™)

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI Credits

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits never expire.

Accepted payment methods

iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact and other methods available via Stripe at time of purchase.

6. Free Trial and Right of Withdrawal

LurnR products can be tried free of charge before purchase: MeetFlow™ and Malika™ offer a 14-day free trial, and MARA™ can be tried once free of charge (per tool).

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after purchase under applicable consumer law.

Because LurnR products are digital services that are made available immediately after payment, you agree at the time of purchase that the service starts immediately and that your right of withdrawal lapses once you actively use the service.

If you have not yet used the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase via [email protected].

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use our AI tools to generate content intended to deceive, defraud or harm others
Resell, redistribute or sublicense access without written permission

LurnR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs and trademarks on LurnR platforms are owned by LurnR or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Content you upload to our platforms (CVs, profiles, documents) remains your property. You grant LurnR a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

LurnR processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and French data protection law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

All data is stored exclusively in the European Union. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LurnR services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LurnR is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Loss of data or profits
Interruptions to service availability
Outcomes of career decisions made based on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of France.

12. Changes to These Terms

LurnR may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
