Each LurnR product has its own sign-up page. You sign up with the "Get started" or "Start free" button on the relevant product page. Payment runs through Stripe; you get access straight after paying.

Step by step:

• Go to the product page (MeetFlow™, Malika™ or ValeriaOS™)
• Click the sign-up button and fill in your details
• Pay securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card or SEPA)
• Receive your login details by e-mail straight away
• Set up 2FA at your first login for extra security

All LurnR products are invoiced through Stripe, one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time: no annual contract, no hidden costs.

Payment methods: iDEAL, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), SEPA direct debit. Invoices are sent automatically by e-mail after every payment. You can enter coupon codes at checkout for a discount.

At your first login you are automatically asked to set up 2FA. You receive a 6-digit code by e-mail or authenticator app. Enter it to get access. You repeat this at later logins, so your account stays protected even if someone knows your password.

2FA is mandatory for all LurnR products and part of our GDPR-compliant security policy. Lost access? Ask Yuki in the chat or send a message through the form on this page.

You can cancel at any time: no notice period, no penalties. You have two options:

• Via Stripe: log in to your Stripe customer portal (link in your welcome e-mail) and cancel the subscription right away
• Via the form: send a message through the contact form on this page, with your e-mail address and the product you want to cancel

After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Your data is kept in line with our retention policy (365 days by default) and then deleted automatically.

Yes, fully. All LurnR products are designed with privacy as the starting point:

• EU-only hosting: all data is stored and processed within the European Union
• TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest
• Automatic IP anonymisation in all logs and analytics
• Configurable data retention (365 days by default) with automatic deletion
• No analytics or marketing cookies on lurnr.eu: strictly necessary cookies only
• Sub-processor documentation available (OpenAI, Railway, Cloudflare)

ValeriaOS™ also has a built-in GDPR compliance checker in the admin dashboard, with a visual score from 0 to 10.

You always have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data (DSAR, Data Subject Access Request). There are two ways to do this:

• ValeriaOS™: via the admin dashboard → GDPR section → "DSAR Export" button for a complete overview of your data
• All products: send your request through the contact form on this page. We reply within 30 days, in line with the GDPR deadline.

After deletion, your data is permanently erased from all systems, including backups, in line with our retention policy.

Yes. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available to all paying customers. It is a standard GDPR-compliant document that formally sets out how personal data is processed.

Request your DPA through the contact form on this page, with your company name and the product concerned. We send the DPA for signature within 5 working days.

Only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary, such as remembering your language choice. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Read more in our cookie policy.

Yes. Premium gives you access to live coaching: a 30 or 60-minute session, booked and paid separately. Your coach first looks in MARA™ at what you have made, such as your CV and your assessment results.

Yes. You can use each MARA™ tool once for free. Want unlimited access? Choose Lifetime (€49) or Premium (€69), both one-time payments. You have a 14-day cooling-off period, which lapses once you start using MARA™.

MARA™ works with a one-time payment per plan — no subscription. All 8 tools, chat with MARA, CV uploads and exports are included without limits in Lifetime and Premium. Only Interview Pro (audio/video) uses AI credits: 5 per audio session, 15 per video session. Credit packs are optional and start at €5 (35 credits).

Log in to your MeetFlow™ dashboard and click "New meeting". You instantly get a unique room link to share with participants. No downloads or installations needed — everything runs in the browser.

You can also schedule a meeting and have the link sent automatically by email.

First check your internet connection (at least 5 Mbps up/down recommended). Also try the following:

• Close other tabs and applications that use bandwidth
• Turn off your camera if audio alone is sufficient
• Use a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi
• Reload the page or switch browsers (Chrome/Edge recommended)

If you switch on AI, MeetFlow™ creates a transcript with timestamps after the call, plus a session report with the key points, action items and decisions. AI is optional: you decide. You find everything in your dashboard.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means you can use your own OpenAI API key. Go to Settings → AI → BYOK in your dashboard and enter your API key. This gives you full control over your AI costs and usage.

Malika™ works with Intelligence Credits (IC). Each engine costs a fixed number of credits, from 1 to 5 IC. Premium includes 500 credits per month; you buy extra credits one-off (100 for €9, 250 for €19). Recordings longer than an hour cost 1 extra credit per started 15 minutes.

Malika™ has 11 AI engines, each for its own layer of insight, such as Deep Summary, Tone Map and Client Memory. With Enterprise you can use your own AI key (OpenAI or Anthropic).

Malika™ creates the report automatically as soon as you stop the session: a short overview, a chaptered summary, next steps per person and decisions. You receive it in your dashboard and by email, and can export it as a PDF in your own branding.

Malika™ remembers each client across sessions: Client Memory automatically builds a profile with preferences, recurring concerns, communication style and progress. Your recordings and transcripts stay behind your login and are never used to train AI models.

Go to your ValeriaOS™ admin dashboard → Widget → Embed code. Copy the script snippet and paste it just before the </body> tag of your website. The widget automatically appears at the bottom right of your page.

You can customize the colors, position, welcome message and avatar in the dashboard.

Yes, fully. In the admin dashboard you can set your AI assistant's name, avatar image, tone (formal/informal), language and knowledge base. This way ValeriaOS™ fits your brand and audience seamlessly.

The dashboard shows real-time statistics: number of conversations, average conversation length, most frequently asked questions, customer satisfaction and usage patterns. You can filter data by period and export it as CSV.

Go to Admin → Knowledge base → Upload documents. You can add PDFs, text and URLs. ValeriaOS™ processes these automatically and uses them as a source when answering questions. You can update the knowledge base or remove items at any time.
