Introduction

Free 30-minute intake. We discuss your situation and goals and determine if there is a good fit.

Setting goals

Together we formulate clear, measurable goals and choose the right approach for your programme.

Getting to work

Regular sessions (1-2 per month), exercises and reflections that are directly applicable in your daily life.

Consolidation

Closing with a personal action plan so you can continue your growth independently.
