Martijn is a senior leadership trainer and career transition coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and high-performance environments. He has supported more than 5,000 professionals across Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Government, IT, and BPO sectors, helping organizations translate strategy into sustainable behavioural change.
On behalf of LHH, Martijn designed and delivered leadership development programmes for 45 first-line managers at Organon, strengthening accountability, trust, and performance culture during a period of organizational transformation. At the Amstel Hotel, he facilitated leadership development across all levels, including executive leadership, driving alignment, ownership, and consistent leadership standards throughout the organization.
