How can we help you?
Antwoorden op alle veelgestelde vragen over MeetFlow™, Malika™, ValeriaOS™ en e-learning.
Each LurnR product has its own registration page. You sign up via the "Get started" or "Start free" button on the relevant product page. Payment is processed via Stripe — after payment you receive immediate access.
Step by step:
- Go to the product page (MeetFlow™, Malika™ or ValeriaOS™)
- Click the sign-up button and fill in your details
- Pay securely via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card or SEPA)
- Receive your login credentials by email immediately
- Set up 2FA on first login for extra security
All LurnR products are invoiced via Stripe, one of the safest payment platforms in the world. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time — no annual contract, no hidden costs.
Payment methods: iDEAL, Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), SEPA direct debit. Invoices are automatically sent by email after each payment. Coupon codes can be entered at checkout for a discount.
On your first login you are automatically prompted to set up 2FA. You receive a 6-digit code by email or authenticator app. Enter it to gain access. On subsequent logins you repeat this process — keeping your account always secure, even if someone knows your password.
2FA is mandatory for all LurnR products — this is part of our GDPR-compliant security policy. Lost access? Use the contact page.
You can cancel at any time — no notice period, no penalties. You have two options:
- Via Stripe: Log in to your Stripe customer portal (link in your welcome email) and cancel the subscription directly
- Via contact page: Submit your cancellation via contact.html with your email address and the product to be terminated
After cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period. Your data is retained in accordance with our retention policy (standard 365 days) and then automatically deleted.
Yes, fully. All LurnR products are designed with privacy-first as the starting point:
- EU-only hosting — all data is stored and processed within the European Union
- TLS 1.3 encryption during data transfer, AES-256 encryption at rest
- Automatic IP anonymisation in all logs and analytics
- Configurable data retention (standard 365 days) with automatic deletion
- Cookie consent system that blocks analytics when "Essential only" is chosen
- Sub-processor documentation available (OpenAI, Railway, Cloudflare)
ValeriaOS™ also has a built-in GDPR compliance checker in the admin dashboard with a visual score of 0-10.
As a user you always have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data (DSAR — Data Subject Access Request). This can be done in two ways:
- ValeriaOS™: Via the admin dashboard → GDPR section → "DSAR Export" button for a complete data overview
- All products: Submit your request via the contact page. We respond within 30 days in accordance with the GDPR deadline.
After deletion your data is permanently erased from all systems including backups, in accordance with our retention policy.
Yes. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for all paying customers. This is a standard document in accordance with GDPR that formally records the processing of personal data.
Submit your DPA request via the contact page with your company name and the relevant product. We will send the DPA within 5 working days for signing.
On first visit a cookie banner appears with two options: "Essential only" or "Accept all". The choice is saved so the banner does not return on subsequent visits.
If a visitor chooses "Essential only", all analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar etc.) are blocked. Only functionally necessary cookies are loaded. This way we fully comply with GDPR cookie legislation.
